Peta was extremely responsive and helped us coordinate multiple days in Hokkaido this summer including day trips to Furano, Lake Toya, and the surrounding areas around Sapporo. Our driver Michio was incredible. He brought a personal touch with his stories and when our young kids fell ill, he took it upon himself to help us reorganize our day and find medicine from the local pharmacy. An incredible team that'll go above and beyond to make Hokkaido feel like home!
